With a love for story, Willa is an avid writer of short stories, poetry and songs. Her speaking experience includes presentations and workshops for organizations, educators, businesses & faith based events. Willa has entertained and delighted audiences across the United States and on the seas with standing ovations on cruise lines in the Caribbean. This busy artist has 6 delightful CD’s, 2 books and about 200 handmade quilts to her credit. For over seven years Willa has enjoyed being a member of The National Speakers Association (NSA) the premier organization for professional speakers. Since 1973, NSA has provided the most comprehensive resources and education designed to advance the skills, integrity and value of its members and the speaking profession.
She is a native of Tuskegee, Alabama and a graduate of Alabama State University and Indiana University. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Health and Physical Education.
